IT Administrator – China

Our IT department within the Atlantic Forwarding Group is looking for an

IT Administrator
Location: Shanghai or Shenzhen in China

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Daily management and weekly/monthly maintenance as well as “housekeeping” of the internal systems
  • General user helpdesk support of all IT related issues
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Windows (Active Directory) & Linux servers
  • Support and maintain Microsoft O365 including SharePoint online
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Terminal Service or VDI
  • Maintain IT documentation and inventory
  • Coordinate computer maintenance with other IT colleagues within the group
  • Support end-user to configure laptop/desktop and thin-client devices
  • Hands-on experience on network connection (LAN/WAN/VPN), administrate firewall and WLAN

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related areas
  • Any further / higher education within IT is welcome
  • Minimum 1-2 years of IT experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Great team spirit and the ability to work independently as needed
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Good self-learning ability to learn new technologies and business applications
